Those Pesky Grubs
Are you sure that those brown splotches on your lawn are the result of the dry weather or disease? In fact, they may be the result of grubs...the immature form of various beetles such as Japanese beetles and June bugs. In the spring through late fall, these grubs feed on grass roots, often causing patches of grass to turn brown and die. Even worse, birds, skunks, moles and raccoons may tear up your lawn for the chance of a meal of these plump critters. June through August is the perfect time to treat your lawn for grubs. Give us a call and we'll tell you about our process and give you an estimate for your lawn.
