Situated on a deeply sloped and wooded lot, this Fairview home's water feature needed a complete renovation. As seen in the "Before & After" photos, the Koi pond was fully restored after a new retaining wall was built for support. The owners also requested natural stone steps and pathways to meander through the property, connecting the upper side yards and the lower relaxation area and patio.
