Brooks Residence

This residence in the Ramble of Biltmore Forest, near Asheville, features a gently sloping lot that was ripe for the incorporation of natural stone.  The design features very large natural stone steps and retaining walls.  In fact, we even incorporated large natural stone boulders into a seating wall around the paver patio.  The paver patio includes a natural stone fire pit and showcases how these two different materials can be paired into a beautiful outdoor living space.  This is truly one of the distinctive outdoor living spaces within the Ramble.
